Today I painted. It's good to have some color on the walls! It makes such a difference. The color can best be described as ice-cream. It looks kind of yellow in the photo but is not. I like it.We had our first Itawamba Art Association Meeting tonight at the Coffee house. Eleven people showed up to the meeting with another 4 calling to say they were interested but couldn't make the first meeting. Most folks there said they knew of someone that would want to come also, so we definitely have enough interest. I was prepared to start a group with 5 people, so I am happy. We had a range of people from a wood carver and photographer to people that used oil, acrylic, colored pencil and graphite. It lasted an hour and a half. It was a good start.

I like the color, it does remind me of ice cream which kind of makes me hungry... This the first time I have been able to check it in a few days so I didn't know about the art meeting earlier. I am up with bad heartburn right now (2:30ish) so I don't have a little monkey jumping up and down demanding I play "choo choo" for him on you tube and can actually look at things and read them in peace!
