Earthquake

Wow! There was a 5.4 earthquake in Illinois this morning and I felt it here in Fulton. Mike has been unwell for a day or two with a bug and he was up since 2am coughing and he just went to work early, so he could return early and take a nap before the Coffee House. I had just fallen back to sleep when I was awakened to what seemed like someone shaking the bed. I am a very light sleeper. It only seemed to last for 4 seconds or four shakes. Our bed sits on wheels on a slick wooden floor. When I woke up and saw that no one was there shaking my bed (first thought) I immediately thought earthquake but didn't think I would call Mike as he would think I was nuts. I called him when I got up and watched the news though. I can now say I've felt an earthquake, pretty exciting!
