Jared Carving the Turkey!It was a very pleasant trip to Natchez for Thanksgiving. Great to see family. It's been over a year since we were last there. I must admit, it's still not easy as I am bombarded by memories of Carrie in Natchez. I have the same problem when going to Oxford. I've dealt with it at home and just find it easier to stay in my comfort zone. So it was a good trip, fun to do with the G-kids and Isla and James but a lot of tears along the way still.

It must be hard to go back to so many memories there. Loved the pic of you and Mike. Downloaded it as I don't think I have one of you both since your wedding one!
Everyone looks great! I remember our last visit with you in Natchez - at Isla and James' wedding. Carrie was a beautiful bridesmaid that day.
Wish you could have nipped over to Pineville for a cuppa while you were close(r) by this week!
