It's been a rough two days at work. Chris was off sick again yesterday, so I had to do his job, even though I was behind in mine. Hal came in the afternoon but wan't any help. Today I got a lot done but I'm still behind. I came home and cut grass and moved some blocks that were in a pile at the bottom of the driveway.
I've been a bit homesick. Especially when things get so busy at work, I think how nice it would be to go home and go on walks with Mum and Dad. I'd love to see Mum's garden in all it's glory.
Isla is still fighting with allergies or something. She sounds really congested on the phone. I hope she gets better. It can't be an easy time for James and Isla, looking for jobs now, a place to move to, being pregnant. Keep them in your prayers.

Just to cure your homesickness - the weather has been atrocious today. It has never stopped raining. I've watched Chelsea Flower show on TV and people are going around with short sleeve T shirts. Friday when I'm down there the temp is suposed to be in the 80s so I have my sun hat and sun glasses and factor 35 cream!! I hope the roads are free of water by the morning so that we get the connection in Glasgow OK.
Remember James and Isla are young and will take everything in their stride, I'm sure. Remember how you felt!! Take care of yourself. I didn't know that your arm was troubling you. It sounds like a repetitive injury syndrome. LOve MUM
