Here is a photo of the three men watching the SuperBowl Sunday afternoon.We had a great time at the Coffee House Saturday night. The kids really had fun with the Karaoke and the gifts added to the fun. We had lots of free food and balloons. I really enjoyed it too and just felt like it was the right thing to do. One little girl that I am fond of got of the stage after singing with some of her friends and came up to me as I was taking photos and said, "the only reason she got up to sing was for Carrie." She is normally a very shy girl. I didn't mention to the kids that it was the reason for the party but Isla mentioned it to some of them at school that we were having a party in memory of Carrie's Birthday, so most of them knew.
Sunday Isla and James and Jake came over for lunch and to watch the SuperBowl. We had fun. James, Isla and I managed a walk around the lake after lunch while Grandpa babysat.
This morning Jake and I had a surprise on the deck. We were able to feed the duck a piece of bread and warned him not to come back as Mike loves cooked duck! It is raining today as you can tell by the photo.
