We have started a bug collection for Jake with this one being the first. If he doesn't like bugs then that's ok. This one is sitting on an index card. It is dead, as they all must be to enter the house. It looks a bit like E.T. with wings. The collection will stay in the basement.
I have started drawing again. I'm going through a book which I take to Isla's on baby sitting days and do when Jake's taking a nap. I got through with Mouths and Noses and got in a hurry to try them out, so I skipped Eyes, Ears, Hair etc. and went on to try a whole face. So this is my first try. I picked Diana because I though the Tiara might make her easily recognized. I didn't want people saying who is that for my first drawing. Ha! Now I'll go back and learn the other steps.
