I have this wandering jew and fringe flower by the steps going into the house and I just love the colors. I know it doesn't look like a wandering jew but this is what happens to it when you put it outside. I had it inside and it was smaller, tighter leaves but seems to like outside and comes back every year.
For some reason the flowers didn't show up too much but I just love my new flower bed this year and get comments about it from people fishing as they go by.
The figs are delish, right off the tree! I had a few this morning as I finished the steps at the driveway. It's very hot, already 91, so I was finished by 10:30am.

The greenery in the garden looks very lush. I like how you say people comment as they fish and pass by. That would be a very unusual occurence here! We could do with some real summer. The forecast for the next three days is rain, rain, rain. Hopefully it may be wrong. I am on duty at the flower festival and it is doing good.
