Sunday

What a weekend. Friday was fun at the Coffee House. We were on our own in the kitchen but managed fine as the crowd was manageable. The kids got together and jammed.

Saturday I got up and went to the store for items we needed for the Coffee House and home while Mike played on the bulldozer, making the driveway. Unfortunately the gravel wasn't able to be delivered so that is on hold. Mike and I ran to the Flea Market before the Coffee House to pick up another game system for the existing TV for the Coffee House. Ran by the garden center and had a good look around. Got to the Coffee House. We had two great bands play and a lot of kids showed up. We are having more high school kids and regulars. We were packed out at one stage. Molly showed up to help in the kitchen and that was a big help. The bands had their own soundman, so Mike ran back and forth from lights to Kitchen to solving problems with kids. I got a blister on my hand from making milkshakes and my feet hurt (wearing the wrong shoes as we left in a hurry). Friday at work I got sick with what I thought was allergies, but after feeling half way ok yesterday I don't feel too hot today. Mr. Pitts called yesterday to say that the Muscadines (nobles) are ready, so though I wish I was with Mike today picking, I just didn't feel up to it. My nose won't quit running. Ha! Mike left around 9am to go to the vineyard. I think I will take a nap.
