The Grand Kids today! I know Jake is too young for the small Lego but I watched him the whole time and he was under strict orders not to eat, throw or stand on it. He really enjoyed playing with it and spent about 2 hours making things. Mari is doing her happy dance in the background.
The book on the floor is one that Audrey bought for Isla and Carrie when they were small. Nursery Rhymes. It is a really good and is on Jake's favorite list. Others on his list at our house are: Just Me And My Puppy, If You Give A Mouse A Cookie, Winnie the Pooh, Goodnight Moon, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, and The Day Jimmy's Boa Ate the Wash. We have a ton more but these are always the ones he picks out. I am still trying to find him a good version of The Three Little Pigs, I think he would like that one.

Lego are apparently now called "Nana blocks" in Jakespeak and so I have a feeling he will be getting some new and improved blocks from James and I for his Chinese birthday later this month. The pictures are cute as usual! Thanks for posting them!
