The older Mari gets the more I see the resemblance to Isla. When she was first born it was hard to see anything but James. So, I think it's my duty as a mother to point this out since there are no other relatives on the McLean/Schuchs side anywhere near hear to give their point of view. Below is a photo of Isla at 2 months old. You will also notice the quilt Mari is laying on is the same quilt on the back of Isla's bed and Jake will probably notice the mouse Mike brought Isla in the hospital when she was born that has been handed down to Jake and Mari. The resemblance to James is still strong, I'm not denying that and all in all she is just a cute wee girl in her own right!
