Thursday

Mike and I watched the Fulton Christmas Parade tonight. It was pretty neat, seeing everyone out, hearing the bands, even saw Santa. Mike had the Coffee House open for the band to practice tonight. We had people wander in and find out what the Coffee House is all about.

Chris is back at work. I don't think he had the same thing I had, he didn't cough all day. Things are still busy. Tomorrow night Mike and I are going to the FMC Christmas thingy and leaving the Coffee House is good hands for a while.

Mike figured out what it would take to finish the house and with what we can spend each month, we figure two years is what it will take. At least it gives us something to look forward to and then in a total of four years we could be looking at being debt free completely, no house note, no nothing. That is of course if the creek doesn't rise and the unforeseen doesn't happen. Goals are good.

Most of you know I get on a Sign Website that has helped me out with my work a lot, besides chatting to other owner and workers of Sign Shops. When Carrie died I had cards and plants sent from some of the members there. And 99% of the cartags that are at the Coffee House have come from Sign members. Well one of the sign shop owners from the group is actually coming from Australia to America for Christmas, bringing his wife and brother and sister in law. They will be traveling around and Tupelo is on their list of stops, so we will go out and eat with them and show them some Southern Hospitality.

I would really like to put my tree up this weekend, but the house is still in such a mess, I don't know where I'll put it. TV still doesn't work, but it will be this weekend before we even have time to worry about it.
