Had a great weekend and Monday off work. Saturday we had some bad storms again, lightening and rain, so that the lights went off twice at the Coffee House. We didn't have a band scheduled for that night, which turned out to be a good thing. I don't sweat it when for some reason I can't get a band to play, I realize there is a reason like that.
Had a fun weekend with Isla and James, playing on the lake, with our own fireworks, fun on the water ski and knee board, floats, swimming, whatever. James, Isla and I would get on our floats and Mike would ride around us on the waterski making waves for us. It felt like we were in Florida in the ocean. James caught many fish and cleaned them also for an upcoming fish fry. Mike cooked some great BBQ. Monday, we played in the water again and then went up to the Coffee House and played pool and Galvin came by and played pool and his music also. I could get used to 3 day weekends and 4 day work weeks. Sounds good to me.
