Mike should be home tonight if all goes well. I haven't posted in a while, haven't had much news really. Didn't sleep well last night, had a dream that involved Carrie, Ruthie and Nan. Perhaps it was the shopping last night after work. I went to the Mall to try and find something nice to wear for the newspaper interview Monday. As usual I didn't find anything. I like burgundy and navy and I guess they are winter colors, it's hard to find summer items in that color. It will soon be back to school and there were tons of teenage daughters with their mothers shopping for those cute little tops Carrie used to wear. Standing in line at the counter with one $6 top, I witnessed mothers frustrated at their daughters and not enjoying the outing and I just wanted to tell them to take it easy and enjoy every moment. I cried inside. I don't know why stores don't actually have people in them that help you anymore. I asked a lady if I could try stuff on and was given a weird glance and mumbled something. I only saw one saleslady that actually smiled. What is wrong with people. When I walk in a store I should have a big help me sign posted on my shirt. I don't have any taste as far as clothes. I could do with someone saying this would look good on you etc. Yes, the Tupelo Journal wants to do an article on the Coffee House. It sounds like they want to do a full page story. They are coming Monday to interview Mike and I in private then on Friday they will come and take photos of a night going on. I am excited. I had a good talk with God the night before they called me wanting to do this, so I know He is behind it. We also have a group called Shepherd's Hands wanting to help us out. They rally up support from businesses in the area for non profit organizations that are too busy to handle things like that.
I am looking at getting into the T-Shirt business. This would be an at home thing. Hal doesn't want to get into this and it wouldn't cost too much to get set up. There are a lot of people that come in the store wanting shirts and also the bands at the Coffee House. I wouldn't have much overhead if I did it at home and could offer good prices. Anyway, I am getting help from all my sign buddies on how to do this and seriously looking into it. Well, better get ready for work. Mum thanks for the calls every day. I love you! If you havnen't heard from Isla in a while on her blog, she is busy painting and packing for the big move this Sunday. Keep it in your prayers that the move all goes well.
